$2,000 for a password?

This story is mainly a traditional bribery/kickback scam but one of the things provided was the password to the District of Columbia's purchase order system. Why hack when you can just buy your way in?

    In the end, it wasn't the technology, but the human factor that was the problem.

    That's areal shocker Dave that someone in DC is crooked! The wierd part is that she sacrificed all of that for $2000 and change. That must have been some friendship.
